For any paid project, subscription, onboarding, or custom implementation, a proposal, invoice, scope document, or signed agreement may add more specific commercial terms.

Custom projects, onboarding, enterprise work, or product implementations may also be governed by a proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.

- Deplocode provides services such as hosting, web development, design, branding, app development, API integration, file transfer tools, and digital product marketing or onboarding flows.
- Descriptions shown on public pages are informational and may not describe every limit, dependency, or commercial term of a paid engagement.
- Custom scopes, product onboarding, implementation work, and enterprise arrangements may require a separate written agreement.
User responsibilities and acceptable use

- You may not upload, transmit, store, or distribute malicious, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content through our systems or tools.

Hosting and tools
- Hosting clients should maintain suitable backups and operational safeguards for business-critical data.
- Tool usage, including Big File Transfer, must remain lawful and authorized, and we do not guarantee indefinite storage or retrieval of transferred files.
- Excessive abuse, harmful activity, or policy violations may result in service suspension or termination.
Project services and change requests
- Project timelines are estimates and may change depending on client feedback, approval speed, dependencies, or scope changes.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing, timelines, or a separate approval.
- Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client-side dependencies can affect delivery schedules.
Payments and refunds
- Invoices, subscriptions, or activation payments must be settled as required for service initiation or continuation.
- Hosting refunds follow the current 5-day hosting refund policy shown on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
- Completed custom work, delivered assets, third-party licenses, and similar fulfilled items are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property and materials
- Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, files, trademarks, or materials they provide to us.
- Ownership and transfer of final deliverables may depend on the commercial agreement, scope, and payment completion status.
Termination and liability
- We may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, or policy violations.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use, downtime, misuse, or reliance on general website content.
- We aim for reliability, but uninterrupted availability or 100 percent uptime is not guaranteed.
