Refunds & Cancellations

At Deplocode, we strive to provide high-quality hosting, web development, and design services with complete customer satisfaction. However, we have specific refund and cancellation policies based on the nature of each service.

Hosting Services


Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation of your hosting service within 5 days from the activation date.

  • To cancel your service, please contact us at info@deplocode.com with your order details.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, the service will be terminated immediately.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for hosting services are applicable only if requested within 5 days of purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Sub-Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party services are non-refundable.

  • If a service was used for any malicious activity, refunds will not be granted.



Web Development & Design Services


Cancellation Policy

  • Project cancellations must be requested before work begins.

  • If a project is already in progress, only partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for completed web development or design projects.

  • If a project is canceled before 50% completion, a partial refund may be granted after deducting the cost of work done.

  • Custom design, UI/UX, or branding work that has been delivered is non-refundable.

  • Any delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing content) are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided after project completion.

  • Any violation of our Terms of Service may result in cancellation without a refund.
