Refunds & Cancellations
At Deplocode, we strive to provide high-quality hosting, web development, and design services with complete customer satisfaction. However, we have specific refund and cancellation policies based on the nature of each service.
Hosting Services
Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation of your hosting service within 5 days from the activation date.

To cancel your service, please contact us at info@deplocode.com with your order details.

Once the cancellation request is approved, the service will be terminated immediately.
Refund Policy

Refunds for hosting services are applicable only if requested within 5 days of purchase.

The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Sub-Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other third-party services are non-refundable.

If a service was used for any malicious activity, refunds will not be granted.
Web Development & Design Services
Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be requested before work begins.

If a project is already in progress, only partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed.
Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for completed web development or design projects.

If a project is canceled before 50% completion, a partial refund may be granted after deducting the cost of work done.

Custom design, UI/UX, or branding work that has been delivered is non-refundable.

Any delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing content) are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions

Refunds are not provided after project completion.

Any violation of our Terms of Service may result in cancellation without a refund.
